I don't know if anyone else had issues when resetting their password but I received the first email with the 2 links. The first link gave an error message so I tried the second link and entered by details which also gave an error message. I tried it twice and was about to give up and email support when I noticed I had then been sent a second email with a new random password. That then worked and allowed me to login to my existing account. A bit confusing that both the first two instructions claimed to have failed when one of them must have actually worked.
