This is an example of Comfort CM9001 Environmental Monitoring System installed in a Central Kitchen. The functions are
  1. Monitor status  on the Electrical Control Panels eg Incoming Fan On, Incoming Fan Trip,  Local/Remote control, Exhaust Fan on/trip, Evaporator Temperature Trip, Man Trap, Evaporator Low Pressure
  2. Control the Fans - Exhaust, Incoming on all electrical Control Panels when in Auto or Remote mode
  3. Monitor NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) Sensors via IRIO to determine temperature and overtemperature
  4. In the event of any alarm ie Trip, high temperature, send SMS or voice call to max of 16 phone numbers
  5. Interface with Central Building Monitoring System (iBMS)  via Modbus (UCM/Modbus)
  6. Each system has up to 96 inputs and outputs, Slaves are installed in different areas in the facility connected to the Main CM9001-EMS via RS485 Data cable.

  • SEP01 Slave Expansion Module with 0 Inputs, 8 Outputs, with Metal Encolsore, backup Battery 12V 7AH
  • OP03B output msubmodule plug in on Slaves
  • KP04AE Keypad with Display of sensors and setpoint values
  • UCM/Modbus-485 Modbus Interface Modbus RTU in Slave Mode
  • UCM/4G GSM Module for sending SMS and voice calls for any alarm, up to 16 phone numbers
  • IRIO01 Intelligent Remote 8  I/O with ISM01 Analog/Disigtal Submodules
  • NTC Temperature sensors connected to IRIO
