Thanks - slychiu - 12-29-2015 The photo and cclx file appear to have no problems The UCM/GSM4 is the right type However the UCM firmware 6.012 is quite old and this may be not compatible with the UCM/GSM4 Please upgrade by right clicking on the UCM at ID1 and selecting Check for Upgrades
