- TG - 02-25-2015 First installed Comfort in January 2000 and fifteen years later my family (and friends) remain just as impressed.  It has remained reliable and functional 15 x 365 x 24 hours plus more, never missing a beat until recently when I inadvertently allowed a water pressure cleaner to \'flood\' the Doorphone (my fault). What is just as important and reassuring as the security and convenience provided by the Comfort System is the commitment from Chiu and his team towards customers and making sure they are looked after when something does go wrong...  needless to say my DP is functional again, and I\'m once again able to route door knockers to my mobile or home phone as and when I choose...  Thank You CYTECH team for the usual super prompt responses and assistance - slychiu - 02-25-2015 Thank you although  I would be much happier if you upgraded  :X - TG - 02-26-2015 I\'m sure you would!! and it may be something to think about,  in the meantime just letting folks know that from my experience it\'s an amazingly reliable and functional system... - slychiu - 02-26-2015
