Learning of Velbus modules via the UCM/Velbus allows the Velbus modules to be identified and shown on the Velbus to Comfort screen
This is done by UCM/Velbus querying each module on the bus and identifying the module type and address
There may be some cases where this does not work and the screen is blank after learning. We are looking into the reason for this problem
However a workaround is to manually add the modules
Click on Add Modules and select the Module Type and Address
Once the velbus modules are added, you can go ahead to map the channels to Counters or sensors
Note that it is possible to send commands to Velbus using the Response Wizard even without adding or learning the modules in the Velbus to Comfort Screen. You can send commands to any Velbus module without adding it to Velbus to Comfort.
