Hi,
Just a thought, Has anyone written a book on how to use and program comfort? The training presentations are OK but think you really need to be on the training to fully understand them. I think it would be a good idea for someone who has in-depth knowledge of comfort to write a guide book with details of setting up and programming with examples of common scenarios. People more and more these days are after an alarm they can take control of personally and expand if needed. I think this would help with the sales. I know numerous people who have opted for the powermax pro alarm just because the information is out there on how to set-up, even if it does not meet their needs. Any thoughts? Chris.

No one has written a book about Comfort yet, but the material is available for anyone who would like to do so
Besides the Training material, all the installation and technical manuals, software, etc can be downloaded from https://www.cytech.biz/downloads.html
I think there should be more information available than with Powermax pro so it should be possible for users to set it up themselves. In fact, many people do that

And that\'s not to mention what a fantastic source of information and help the comfort community is too!
Comfort and other users are always very quick to respond with help and advice and IMHO that\'s what makes Comfort such a great product for the techie enthusiast who wants to install their own system. And with the product as it is today you\'ll never be short on features or connectivity to other technologies either.
You centainly wont be left on your own as Cytech\'s aftersales service and support IMHO is second to none.
