- slychiu - 08-25-2011 Comfort Firmware 5.182 introduced a new NonDectector alarm No 22 called \"SMS Trouble\" This should be assigned to a NULL AlarmType ie Alarm Type 0 This event occurs when the UCM/GSM reports Network strength of 0, ie no network However older Comfort firmware that has been upgraded to 5.182 or later may have the alarm type set to another alarm type like Intruder if this is so, then loss of network will cause an unexpected alarm Please ensure that Security Types Nondetector Alarm No 22 is set to Null Alarm Type Also covered in http://www.comfortforums.com/forum48/2433.html |
