Hello and first of all, scuse me for my bad english.
I don\'t know if this is the right place in this forum, but i have a question about installing and configuring the external siren.
Well, my external siren, has an internal backup battery, a 12v+ cable, a - cable, 2 tamper cables and a cable normally disconnected. When an alarm occours, this cable must be connected to a - and then, the siren play the sound.
How can i connect it to comfort?
If i connect it in \'reverse mode\', i suppose it works fine, but i think it always uses the backup internal battery to play the sound, so i think it is not a good idea.
Do you have any suggestion?

Figure 2.5 in the Installation Manual shows the siren connections for a self actuated siren https://www.cytech.biz/installation_manual.html?category_id=106

I know the diagram about siren connection, but i suppose my siren need a different way to connect.
My siren has 3 cables:
red and black cable, need to be continuosly connected to 12v + -.
green cable, needs to be normally disconnected and when an alarm occours, it must be connected to the -.
So, how can i connect these 3 cables?

Your siren does not need a special way to connect at all. The diagram above applies to it
In the diagram above, there is a 12V and Com on the siren which must be connected to Comfoort 12V and Com
There is a Negative trigger on the siren which is connected to SRN-. When an alarm occurs the SRN- is pulled to 0V and triggers the siren
