- admin - 12-24-2010 Transfer > Selective Write (in Comfigurator 3) will write only the configuration items that have been changed to Comfort since the last write, so it saves time in not requiring a full write The Selective Write screen is shown ![]() The items in RED are the ones that have been modified and are to be written to Comfort - they are checked automatically. Other items may be selected as required but this should not be necessary Selective write also takes care of situations when Response numbers are changes and Events which use the Response need to be included in the selective write Eg Zone 1 Response is Response 25, but due to changes in Response, Response 25 has been renumbered to Response 27 Selective write will not just write the Responses, but it will also write the Zones to Comfort so that the Zone Responses are updated Selective Write will also automatically RESET Comfort if needed, ie if the changed configurations require a Reset Hence it is safe to use Selective Write when you change anything in Comfigurator The FIRST time you do a Selective Write in a session, Comfigurator will take a longer time, around 30 seconds to bring up the Selective Write Screen Please upgrade to the latest released Comfigurator always |
