- idheath - 09-12-2010 Hi, I was looking at my comfort event log for something else and noticed this: 09/06 22:06 Sign in - User # Keypad 09/06 22:06 Mode Change # Night Mode 09/06 22:49 Alarm Type # Intruder (1) 09/06 22:49 Zone Activation # Zone02 (2) 09/06 22:49 Dial Number # 1 09/06 22:49 Remote Signin - User # 1 09/06 22:49 Alarm Type # AlarmAbort (20) 09/06 22:49 Sign in - User # 1 09/06 22:49 Mode Change # Security Off 09/06 22:49 Dial Number # 1 09/06 22:51 Dial Number # 2 09/06 22:52 Sign in - User # 1 09/06 22:55 Bypass Zone # Zone02 (2) 09/06 22:55 Sign in - User # Keypad 09/06 22:55 Mode Change # Night Mode 09/06 22:55 Dial Number # 1 09/06 22:57 Dial Number # 2 09/06 22:58 Dial Number # 3 09/06 23:00 Dial Number # 1 09/06 23:01 Dial Number # 2 09/06 23:03 Dial Number # 3 < 300 simular lines removed > 09/07 06:34 Dial Number # 1 09/07 06:36 Dial Number # 2 09/07 06:37 Dial Number # 3 09/07 06:39 Dial Number # 1 09/07 06:40 Dial Number # 2 09/07 06:42 Dial Number # 3 09/07 06:43 Sign in - User # 1 09/07 06:43 UnBypass Zone # Zone02 (2) 09/07 06:43 Sign in - User # 1 09/07 06:43 Mode Change # Security Off Our alarm did go off and I did re-arm after disabling Zone 2 but what seems very strange to me are the hugh number of dial-out entries in the log. I thankfully didn\'t get that many dial-outs ![]() Also what\'s the \"09/06 22:49 Remote Signin - User # 1\" entry? That implies that I responded to one of the dial-outs? (Which I\'m pretty sure I didn\'t). My system details are: Comfort CPU Firmware Type: Comfort II Ultra Version: 5.183 File System: 34 Vocabulary Number: 5 Custom Vocabulary: No System Vocabulary Version: 32 User Vocabulary Version: 1 LCD Text Version: 2 LCD KP Minumum Version: 3 UCM UCM Type: 10 Version: 5.212 KP04 Version: 1.012 Comfigurator Version: V3.1.9.0 Any thoughts appreciated. Cheers Ian - slychiu - 09-13-2010 We have seen the repeated dial out events before, but have not been able to trace it It looks like an issue with Comfigurator reading the event log rather than the Comfort event log. If you listen to the event log and press 9 for last event then use 2 for previous or 3 for next day 4 for previous day etc gto navigate to the event, you will find that the events are correct The remote sign in event does indicate that someone disarmed ths security system remotely at 10:49 PM on Sept 6 because the system was disarmed, and subsequently armed to night mode. Are you saying that the system was disarmed on the keypad or not at all? - idheath - 09-13-2010 Hi, I have listened to the Event Log and it seems to match the one I downloaded, i.e. has 100\'s of entries. My retries setting for my dial out is set to just 1 (so I assume that means a total of just 2 calls)? Also re. the \"Remote Signin - User # 1\" entry is confusing me. I was in the house when the alarm went off and I disarmed it on the keypad, then omitted zone 2 and re-armed it. Regards, Ian - ident - 10-09-2010 The event log shows the syste dialed to 3 numbers, #1, #2, #3. It did not dial to the same number that many times Have you programmed 3 numbers into the Phone Numbers list and did they receive the calls? |
