A comprehensive wiring schema will be posted here soon, kindly supplied by Andy Ellis of Household Automation, Slinfold, UK.
Meanwhile just to suggest that in some cases routing via Patch panels can be useful and the following is suggested. Numbers below refer to the RJ45 pins.
