Is there anyway to set the Night flag On or Off so responses that rely on this can be tested. Without changing the time that is! TIA

Cannot. The night flag is automatically switched on or off by the sunrise and sunset time. If it were otherwise, then you may not be sure if the Night flag was really on or off as it could be changed by other responses

The fastest way to change time is to use the keypad
In user menu, press 9 for Program menu, 2 for Date and time, and 2 to change time

You will be asked to enter the new hours and minutes of the time.

Sunrise and Sunset Responses, Night Flag and daylight saving are explained in http://www.comfortforums.com/forum20/1004.html
