when , I am trying to download the program from pc to comfort there is awarning message this message as below.
what shall i do?

You have opened the wrong file type
When you do File > New you must select Comfort II ULTRA, not Comfort I Pro or other options

When you have opened the correct template, you should see File System 34 on the bottom right

To make Comfort II Ultra the default template, go to Menu > Options > Default template. Select Default Template as Comfort II Ultra
This ensures that when you press the New File icon on the toolbar the template for Comfort II Ultra (File System 34) is loaded
