Normal scenarios we run into is that people have more than one Entry/Exit point to their properties. The final exit door is a very nice option that works very well.
What is effect that more than one of these entry/exit points will have on the system?
Will the last exit door (Entry door Type) arm the alarm and the first one start the entry time?
Is there a limitation on how many Entry/Exit Door sensors can be configured ?

You can assign any number of entry door zones as you like.
In Comfort II, when you start to arm the system to Away mode, any entry path zones or entry doors which remain open will be announced while beeping slowly (unlike the fast beeps you hear when non entry path zones are open). Hence you know what are the doors which are still open. Comfort will arm to away mode only when the last entry door is closed
When armed, any Entry Door open will start the delay timer
Final Arming by Entry Door is a much better method of arming compared to Exit Delay, because you then you can set a longer exit delay to give you enouch time to leave, but when the door is closed the system arms immediately.
With the fixed Exit Delay mode, you have to set reasonably long delay to allow exit, but if you want to confirm the system is armed, you need to hang around and wait for the exit delay to time out.
Another clarification - Entry path zones are not the same as Entry Door Zone types. Any zone, normally a motion detector near the entry door, can be an entry path zone, by checking Entry Path box in the Zone.
This means that when armed, the zone will not cause an alarm if the Entry Door is opened first. If the entry path zone detects movement without the Entry Door open first, an immedaite alarm occurs.
You can pass entry path zones when arming without causing fast beeps on the keypad. All motion detectors on te entry or exit path should be designated Ebtry path zones

You mention specifically that the above is the how Comfort II works. How does Comfort I work in comparison? A lot of us still use Comfort I.

Comfort I also allows multiple entry doors
However, in Comfort I, entry path zones are not announced when there are slow beeps in \"please exit\" announcements.
If you had 2 entry doors and one of them was open, then if you open and close the othr entry door, you would get an Arm Failure as the open entry door would not be announced
In Comfort II, the open entry door would be announced
If you have 2 entry doors in Comfort I, you shoudk uncheck the \"Entry Path\" box so that any entry doors open would cause fast beeps just like an open window or non entry path zone is active. This would prompt you to close all entry doors

I have not heard the \"please exit\" announcement since upgrading to Comfort II. Does the system still do that?

I have Final Door set as the away Arming Method and have 2 doors as entry doors. On arming (Away) I can hear any other unsealed zone(s) and then Away Mode announced once the door is closed.
