Comfort (FW 5.121) with three slaves

Last night I received the following warning.
12/14  19:24 Low Battery #Comfort Controller

I tried at the keypads to activate the engineer mode (using F+0, as I have so often done in the past), so that I could enter the  engineer test mode and open the panel to check the battery. No luck, just a bleep. I tried to enter the system as an ordinary user, *XXXX#, and again no luck.

However, I managed to get in as an ordinary user via the telephone, and then activated the engineer mode. Then the keypads started to work, and  I was eventually able to enter as engineer and set the engineer test mode.

Is this normal?

(I will source a new battery today and replace the one in the contoller).

No, it is not normal.
Can you send your configuration file to support@cytech.biz so that we can try duplicating the issue?
