This fault has just started for no apparent reason. I am not at the premises and the alarm is set to away mode. I can log in via comfigurator and reset the system, but once Comfort has answered the first call it holds the line open continuously.
Today I reset Comfort which released the line, I then rang in and during the answerphone message pressed the hash, which prompted 'Thank You Goodbye' Comfort then disconnected the line, but 1 second later I heard a click, which sounded like Comfort opening the line again. When I called back it was engaged.
The Comfort version is 5.169 The problem started soon after I started using Comfigurator V3.6.4.0 - I assume this is coincidence? The event log shows nothing unusual and I have remotley re-downloaded the comfort file.
