This fault has just started for no apparent reason. I am not at the premises and the alarm is set to away mode. I can log in via comfigurator and reset the system, but once Comfort has answered the first call it holds the line open continuously.
Today I reset Comfort which released the line, I then rang in and during the answerphone message pressed the hash, which prompted 'Thank You Goodbye' Comfort then disconnected the line, but 1 second later I heard a click, which sounded like Comfort opening the line again. When I called back it was engaged.
The Comfort version is 5.169 The problem started soon after I started using Comfigurator V126.96.36.199 - I assume this is coincidence? The event log shows nothing unusual and I have remotley re-downloaded the comfort file.

Did you change any of the phones connected to the house?
Try disconnecting the phones from tel out and check if this still happens
Also upgrade to 6.028 firmware
Comfigurator should not have anything to do with this
