I have just added another UCM and note when I do a module scan in configurator, it always times out with "module scan time out. Please retry the scan later."
This is not new, as this has always happened since the system was installed many years ago, I seem to remember if I disconnect the SEM, it scans the rest of the modules ok. I have added the new UCM manually and as with the other UCM's, keypads etc - works perfectly, just I am unable to scan them so thought I would ask if anyone knows why this happens.
Cheers Mark

The Module scan time out message occurs when Comfort does not provide the results of the scanThis could be because the Comfort or other firmware is too old to support the module scanIf you send the latest cclx file to support@cytech,.biz we can check. Or just upgrade all the firmware of Comfort and UCms, starting with the UCM which is connected to Comfigurator

The Comfort Firmware 7.065 is too old to support Module scanning. UCM 7.061 is also too old.
If you are not adding modules then you may not need scanning and can remian with the exiting firmware that you have
