1)The system phones my mobile when I disarm it. (This should not happen for user 1 i.e me, but if possible left in for other users)
2) The date/time was not setup when i uploaded from comfort, i did select to include the time from the PC
I had to enter correct info from the keypad
3)I cannot find a way to clear the event or alarm log - there is so much rubbish in there its hard to use.

Setting time/date during download to Comfort should niot be a problem. Is you PC using a differnt language ie not English?
Turn on Monitor I/O in Transfer Menu then Set Comfort Date/Time, and see what information is displayed in the Monitor window
You can clear the event log using Engineer Menu 5, 0
For the disarm dialout, can you send your ccl file to support@cytech.biz?

The client is not alowed to clear the event log for security reasons.
He does not need to hear the whole log, navigate it by pressing 0 for 1st event, 9 for last event, 1 for mnext event, 2 for last event, 3 for next day, 4 for previous day
He can also use Comfigurator to upload the event log using the User Code

Your ccl file does not have any dialout set for arm or disarm so there should not be any dial out when you disarm/unset normally
However if you disarm after an alarm, then the dial-out is automatically enabled, to the same phones as in the Intruder alarm phone settings
This is to alert users that an alarm situation has been disarmed, without having to enable dialout on regular Disarm (which may annoy)
I hope this explains your situation
