Can anyone help

Clients problems that have been e-mailed below;

We are still having issues with the lights on the white comfort panels (green vs red) and the voice control when arming/disarming the alarm at night. Sometimes when we arm the system the light remains green (instead of turning red). Other times it will turn red, but then not turn green again when the alarm is disarmed. Also, the voice command varies when the system is disarmed. There appears to be no pattern to all of this!

There was a similar problem reported recently in this forum, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum36/930.html
This is probably due to having too many commands or actions in the Security Off or Armed Responses eg to C-Bus. This causes the communications to overflow and the LED commands to the keypads to be missed out. The solution is to break up long strings of commands by using delays
