Nokia phone users may encounter this problem
If your mobile phone is unable to sign in to Comfort when it calls you or when you call home, make sure that the DTMF settings are on
When you are connected to Comfort, press Options, Send DTMF. a window will open for the numbers to be entered. This turns on the DTMF tones on the mobile phone.

Comfort detects DTMF tones only.

Unlike a landline phone which always sends DTMF tones to the telephone line, a mobile phone uses a different signalling system to transmit the dialed numbers to the GSM network. This cannot be detected by Comfort during a voice call. Most mobile phones will switch to DTMF tones by default during a voice call, but if it doesnt, use the above procedure to turn it on. Otherwise other interactive voice systems like telephone banking would not work for the phone concerned
