Superna is a software product and is sold online. Support for this type of softwaare product is also normally online. Of course if you have a problem with Comfort integration we can support

Hi,
If Cytech has 'approved' Superna's effort, then it would make sense to have a channel that Comfort's users can purchase from Cytech or their local distributor at a discounted price (bulk pricing).
The last time I checked, they would not sell outside the US.
For the effort, Cytech can preload the software with the basic configuration and some examples for the novice to get started.
Just a thought.
Thanks

It appears that Superna may have stopped operations. I have tried to contact them by phone and email with no response

That would be sad. They sounded like a viable option for some of us.
