Time programs On and OFF response

I think i may have touched on this topic before..

Can we have an on and an OFF response column in time programs?

That cannot not be supported in the design of Time programs as it is

On and Off Responses would requre 2 sets of Days of week times of Day, one for On and one for Off

What you need can be handled by using 2 Time Programs, one for ON and one for OFF.
Time Programs are designed to activate a Scenario (Response) which in many cases do not have an OFF scene

What you propose would also make it complicated for the user to program and understand
