System with ULT 5.075. Every time the DP03 is pressed KP04 sounds an siren tone. even if the user enters the password for acknowlege, still the siren continues, repetedly , so we have only one option to reduce the volume of DP04.
Kindly lets us know the cause.
Secondly we experienced some unstablitity is the system, when we use the Mixer in the kitchen, the Outputs gets triggerd automatically. may be they get on or they get off randomly.
How to over come this triggering if we use any electical device like mixer.

The wrong siren tones are due to the beta version of Comfigurator 2.1.4. When you save a file, the wrong siren type data gets saved. We have removed this version until it has been fixed, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum20/587.html. Please uninstall 2.1.4 and use download 2.1.2 from http://www.cytech.biz/temp/software/Comfigurator2.1.2_Single.zip
Which are the outputs that get triggered automatically, are they on the LEM, Main board or Slave?
If on the LEM, is it on top of the main board with short cables? You cannot use long cables with the LEM

Ok, i will update with 2.1.2 and check.
But the False trigger happens on both Main and the LEM, i found the all the output which were on went off, and the off went on, it happens with all 16 outputs on the main and the LEM randomly, No specific pattern. might be because for the( interference). The CP9000 is mounted on the wall near to the electrial Panel.

Comfigurator 2.1.3 changes the Siren Types in the ccl file. You must correct the changes before you download again to Comfort.
Open the CCL file using a Text editor eg Noitepad
Look for a section called Siren Types, ie
! Siren Types
! ==========
SirenType=Intruder,
SoundType=Intruder.Duration=300.0, Priority=No, DoorPhone=No,
Keypad=Yes, HighLevel=Yes, BellOutput=Yes, Permanent=No
SirenType=Fire,
SoundType=Fire.Duration=600.0, Priority=Yes, DoorPhone=No,
Keypad=Yes, HighLevel=Yes, BellOutput=Yes, Permanent=No
SirenType=ArmingTone,
SoundType=SlowBeeps.Duration=300.0, Priority=No, DoorPhone=Yes,
Keypad=Yes, HighLevel=No, BellOutput=No, Permanent=No
....
...
The decimal point before Duration is wrong, it should be changed to a comma, eg see below. Do the same for all the siren types
! Siren Types
! ==========
SirenType=Intruder,
SoundType=Intruder,Duration=300.0, Priority=No, DoorPhone=No,
Keypad=Yes, HighLevel=Yes, BellOutput=Yes, Permanent=No
SirenType=Fire,
SoundType=Fire,Duration=600.0, Priority=Yes, DoorPhone=No,
Keypad=Yes, HighLevel=Yes, BellOutput=Yes, Permanent=No
SirenType=ArmingTone,
SoundType=SlowBeeps,Duration=300.0, Priority=No, DoorPhone=Yes,
Keypad=Yes, HighLevel=No, BellOutput=No, Permanent=No
...
..
For the Outputs, do you have power cables running alongside the wires connected to Comfort? This may cause induced transient voltages which are resetting the outputs. Power cables must be kept separate from the comfort wiring
