I have today lost part of the home control menu - I believe it happened when i pressed the undo button. All of menu 1 was lost about 15 programmed items just vanished - rest of rogram appears ok.
Not sure i can or want to replicate - anybody else experienced this!

I have never experienced with Comfigurator, but is not uncommon in many applicatiion software. It is always a good idea to save your work every few minutes

I cannot think of anything I can recommend given the lack of detail supplied except to watch out if and when it happens again. Or to try to dupliacet what you were doing
Undo just undoes 1 step at a time and Redo can always reverse that
I dont use the Undo function myself, I think it is just as easy to change directly, not like a word processor where Undo is essential especially when you have deleted or changed a large chunk of text
