On the Comfort CPU board you can plug in Output module (OP03), ETH03, LEM02B at the same time. The Reset switch is positioned between these plug in modules so you can press it. although with a bit of difficulty if you have large fingers. I would not call it a design flaw - it is a space limitation in order to keep the existing PCB size and Hole locations.
