There is a topic below with the same issue but the thread is closed. I have done all the things suggested but still have no Zones or Control menu;
Latest cclx, Use an email client, Nine for Android,  Cleared previous emails with attachments.  Have never used alternate textVersion 2.1 of the app.   Closed the app first. 


It is the same on my Samaung galaxy S10 phone and S3 tablet. 

Any ideas?

It may be a problem with the attachment being corrupted

Are you able to copy the attachment from a USB drive into the downloads folder?

I'm not sure which file you mean. The cclx? Will that load in the mobile app?

I mean the .jrlccip file that is attached to the email, Thi sis geberated by the app conversion program

Success. The method described in the instructions did not work for me. However opening the app, going to setup and import worked. I did get error messages, but it worked.
