My ancient bell box/strobe has finally given up the ghost. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good quality replacement that works well with Comfort?

No ideas? I have found one that is available locally - the Honeywell Reson8 Bell Box. The installation manual is attached. Perhaps someone could advise on it's suitability?
Thanks!

It shoud work. any device powered by 12v, with tamper ad internal battery shoud be fine
Hunters have a range of bellboxes see https://www.hunters-wholesalers.co.uk/bell-boxes-sounders-c-42_1449_411.htmlThey also sell Comfort and may be able to give advice on conections and troubleshooting

I got a Texecom Premier Elite Odyssey 3 Metal from Hunters but it came without any documentation.
The connections are slightly different from what's documented here so I wanted to check before connecting it:

+12V(A) to Comfort 12VF
Bell(B) to Comfort SRN-
Tmp(C) to Comfort tamper circuit?
0V(D) to - I don't know where to connect this.
Strb(S) to Comfort STR-

There are also 2 connections for Tamper Relay - should I use those for the tamper circuit?
Finally there are 3 jumpers, one for the battery, one for SAB/SCB and one for LC On/Off. Anyone know what the LC one does?

Thanks!

0V (D) should be connected to 0V on the Comfort Tamper terminal.

The connection diagram in the CM9001 Quick Installation manual should help .

Thank you. So the siren tamper circuit will be in series with the Comfort tamper switches. What is confusing me is that the resistance between Tmp and 0V on the siren is open circuit even when it's microswitches are closed. However, I will wire it up and test.

Hunters should be able to provide the manual for the siren box so we don not have to do by trial and error
