One of my two KP04 (version 1.017) stopped responding to keystrokes about 4 days ago.
It constantly shows the ID# and Version on screen.
I have Comfort Ultra (7.160).
The other KP04 as well as KP06 are responding without any issues.

The screen is consistently showing the ID# and version. Nothing else shows on the screen.
I can however see the keypad from Comfigurator and I have coded the back-light to come on when there is movement in the hall, and it is still doing that, which suggests there is communication.

Can you enter the code on the keypad to hear the user menu?

It is probably due to a conflict in IDcheck what is the ID displayed and whether it is the sae as other keypadsThe ID shunt may have fallen off

ID#2 is displayed, which is the correct ID, (ID#1 and ID#3 are the other 2 keypads).
There is no communications failure alarm.
It seems day and night arm keys are working, as it the alarms arms accordingly, but there is no feedback (visual or sound) from the keypad.

try swapping the id of this keypad with another keypad, so that oth keypads swap their ids, and see if the fault goes with the ID or with the keypad

I was travelling so did not get a chance to physically change the IDs. So this past weekend before attempting to do the change, I updated the configuration with Comfigurator and that seemed to have resolved the issue.
