Hello
After the last firmware update, the ucm/gsm4 doesn’t reply to request (400) anymore.
Normally, it should respond with the control menu.
It still respond, however, to the query to (1) and (40)

I’ve tried to reset it to default, but nothing.
Soneone can help me? I’m on the latest firmware with comfort and gsm4

(400) is query for control Group 0, control key 0. Do you have anything programmed in that control menu itemPlease send the cclx file to support@cytech.biz after doing scan for modules, also do Read from GSM so we can check what is programmed in the GSM

Thanks for the fileWe have not had time to test it yet, but one mistake is that you have used 0 for On, 1 for OffI am not sure if this could be causing this particulr problem but you should always program in the order
0 for Off,
1 for On

especially if you have feedback. Feedback will assume that 0 is off and 1 is On so if you reverse it the results will be wrong
If you only have ON then assign that to key 1, not 0

It is easy to change the order, just drag and drop 0 to 1 and 1 to 0. Please try it

Hello Chiu
i doubt that this is the issue. Before the cclx file i have sent, the control menu was different and always without feedbacks.
I tried to modify the control menu just for testing, without success.
With older (maybe two versions older) UCM/GSM4 firmware, i never had problems.
On and Off are only vocabulary words. They trigger responses.

PS: don't know if it's important or not, but i've "italian" vocabulary.

The screenshot of your reply to (40) below does not correspond to your cclx fileThe control menu is shown in the above post.
Group 0 (40) should be Entrata
400 is Porta Blindata
401 is Garage Cotile
402 is empty

In the screenshot reply to (40) below from your phone

40 is Casa not entrata
400 is Controller Entrata
401 is Alarme
402 is UPS

This seems like a completely different program

Do a Write to Comfort and also Write to GSM so that the cclx file corresponds to what is in Comfort. That should fix the problem

Hello Chiu,
tested all possible things, but nothing. It responds to (1), (4), (40) but when trying with 3 numbers (400) etc, no responses.

If you don't have such as problem, never mind. I'll call the home by voice instead of using SMS. By Calling by voice, the control menu works perfectly.
Thank you.

If you send (4001), does it activate the Response?

We have managed to duplicate this problemIt occurs when there is no feedback in the control menu, so it does not send any SMS.
This should be fixed in the next firmware
To work around for now, just define ay control menu feedback
