I know there is an update due on this but would it be possible for you to point me towards a list of user sign ins as reported within the event logs
I have user 1: user 18: user 19: and user 65 all in the same page of an event log. And categorically the arm disarm procedure  is set up to use a wireless keyfob to arm and disarm through a force arm response connected to an input. NO other method is used to arm dis arm e.g. they do not use the keypad.

You have explained this before BUT its not been updated and ITS VERY confusing.
So what was user 19 and 65? and WHY is user 18 listed when that's the engineer sign in !

There is a bug in event log reporting.

If the arming is done by a Response, the event log reports a random RS485 ID - that explains the users 18, 19, 65 etc which are IDs of UCMs and Keypad
The correct user ids for user related events eg arming and disarming are;
  • Keypad arm - 240
  • Response - 241
  • CMS Kissoff - 243
  • SMS arm/disarm - 244
This will not conflict with the RS485 IDs
  • 17 to 24 - UCM
  • 33 to 37 - Slave
  • 49 to 51 - Door station
  • 65 to 79 - keypad
  • 81 to 95 - IRIO/SCS
  • 113 to 127 - TSM or MSM Sensor modules
  • 129 to 144 - HIO
