Hi,
I cannot enable engineer test mode. I enable the engineer sing in option, sign in as engineer, then try to enable engineer test mode and every-time I try and switch it on the response is "Invalid". Any ideas why?
It's an Ultra II with latest firmware.
Thanks.

Engineer Test Mode is only valid if the system is Disarmed. if armed, it will say Invalid when you try to enable it

The system is always disarmed when I try. It still gives me response "invalid".

You are pressing 8, 6, 1 in Engineer Mode to enable engineer test mode?
If the system is not in alarm or armed it should work
Read the event log and send it and the cclx file to support@cytech.biz for testing
alternately you could use Test mode, F3,1 which is almost the same as Ebgineer Test Mode
