Hi,I was looking at the options here but didn't see any mention of leak detection. Has anyone implemented this and is it possible? Thanks |

What do you mean by a leak, are you refering to a water detector? |

Yes! I'm looking for a way to detect water leaks to complement the other sensors. |

I think Smart Things have a water leak sensor There are also modular water leak detectors which use a special cable . These can give a dry contact when there is water |

You can get a basic water detector board which is a open circuit and attach it to a zone if water is present it will trigger any response that you set |

Cheers. I'm sure someone somewhere put 240vac through it but that looks perfect for my use case (12v of course!). |

If your connecting directly to a comfort system this works, you can also get water sensors that are on a flat pcb board that do exactly the same thing..... |
