Hello,

Can you provide me which protocols/ports need to be opened on my home router so that I can access with Comfort app on my phone from internet?

I can connect with Comfort app if connected inside my home network, but can't from internet.

Thanks in advance,
Luis Santos

you need the wan address in the app not the local port number and you may have to port forward in the router

Hi,

I need to add port number inside the app (I've tested accessing from my home network and only works with port number included).

My issue is to connect from outside my network, so, I suppose it's a port forward issue definition in my router (i've the WAN defined already and I could ping it from internet), then the question:

Does anyone have the protocol/port needed to be added in router port forward so that I could access from internet?

Thanks in advance,
Luis Santos

The Protocol is TCP

eg if you local IP / Port is 192.168.1.100 port 1001
then you should forward any port (you can also use the same 1001) to local port 1001 for TCP protocol
If you want to port forward to both ports, you need to do the same for port 1002
