Hi - Ive followed all the advice in the post about getting keypads 9-15 to work.
but keypad 9 just says "NOT POLLED"
I have the lastest comfigurator firmware, i have updated defaults, i have restarted comfigurator and comfort but MAXKEYPADS still reads 8 in the config file
please help!

It can do 15 now but none of the literature has been updated
|

Yes, Comfort has supported 15 keypads for 3 years but it has not been publicised.
The increase in Keypads was not enabled in Comfigurator defaults
To fix this, go to File > Update Defaults
After the updated defaults, close and start Comfigurator again
Then reset Comfort, wait for 1 minute and do a scan for keypads again
You should be able to see the keypads above 8

It worked. I’m sure I tried that last time. But doesn’t matter, it’s wieking now!! So happy!!
