Hi
I'm having a moment after Comfort has kept me awake all night announcing "Tamper Alarm" every few seconds even though the system is fine.  In fact having announced all night it has now decided to stop for a while.
Anyway what is the best method to disable the announcement side on the keypad?
I'm looking in Comfigurator but not immediately obvious to me; not seeing anything on the "Alarm Types" section to do this unless I am meant to set the phrase to "(Unused)".

The tamper alarm should stop announcing when you sign in on the keypad
It will not announce again unless the tamper is activated again. If the tamper remains active active, it will not announce again after signing in, unless it is restored and activated again

So check for an intermittent connection of the tamper

For Keypad tamper on KP04A you can disable this in Properties or in the KP04A LCD menu (by pressing and holding * to get in)

You can disable all keypad announcement for a KP04A in Properties for the keypad "Voice Broadcast"

Hi...as per my knowledge this could be a cable damaged, a bad connection or a lid on a device not fully closed.
The only way to clear this problem is to find the error or to disconnect the tamper circuit.
printed circuit assembly

You cant disconnect the tamper you have to remove existing connections and then bridge the tamper circuit for quick tempoary remedy....
