My KT03 doesn't show hour correctly, even when i change hour format to 24 or AM/PM always show the same.
Is very confused when we saw 01.00 and the hour is 13.00 without AM or PM

I dont understand what you mean?
I dont think the KT03 has an option to display 24 hours or AM/PM It always shows AM/PM

The KT03 gets it time from Comfort
Check what is the time displayed on the keypad, is it the same as KT03?

If you still have problems send the cckx file to support@cytech.biz

On one of my KT03 displays, one of the clocks does not display the AM/PM but this is due to the size of the box that the time is in, it maybe that you need to expand the width of the box that the time is in....

In clock Visual properties/ time format there is two possibilities to choose time format 24h and AM/PM i choose 24h.So like mr. chiu wrote KT03 hasn't the possibility two show time in 24 h Format or same thing wrong with time format visual property.Another thing i notice that even with the clock not locked i'm unable to increase the with or height to this element.

Interesting! If you select the 'Show Time' only then you don't have the option of 24-Hours but with 'Show Date And Time' it's a selectable option.

This is a real installation and my client asked several times why touchscreen don't show time in 24h format when apparently is possible.

The zip file seems corrupted bt we do not need it, as we can see what you mean now
when yoiu display Date and Time, the AM/PM or 24 hours option is visible, but not when you display Time only

That appears to be a mistake in displaying the 24 hours setting, as only AM/PM will work

I dont think it should be a big issue that AM/PM is shown instead of 24 hour format?
