I have a keypad KP04A-WI.  There is a "Off" led at bottom left.  When the alarm is in disarm state, the LED will switch on.  Can we turn off this led?

Disable Show alarms (ie change to NO) as in screenshot
the leds will go off after 30 seconds

But why would you want that?
The leds give importantr information about the alarm

This is the first time I use the Comfort alarm.  How would I use the software to control the system?
I have attached my alarm control board here.

If the system was installed by an installer, it is best to contact them
You need Comfigurator software (free download) and a UCM/USB which you can buy from the same installer/distributor

Can I buy the UCM/USB from you?  How much would that cost?
