Hi, I have CBus and Comfort units installed I am able to communicate Comfort to CBus using UCM to CBus Module (Firmware v. - 7.068) and able to trigger CBus group address using comfort But What I want is to use CBus group address to trigger comfort IR1Output1 response to switch on my AC Please describe if it is possible. Thankyou |

In the Cbus to Comfort tab, you can map Cbus Lighting application group addresses to Comfort Counters eg Group address 1 to Counter 10 Group address 1 turned on will set Counter 10 to 255 Group address 1 turned off will set Counter 10 to 00 Each Counter can be asigned to Counter Response The counter Response can be programed to send Off and On IR signals to the Aircon This is explained in UCM/Cbus2 Manual which can be downloaded rfrom http://www.cytech.biz/ucmcbus2_manual.html Do remember to Write To Comfort, AND write to EEPROM in Cbus 2 tab in order for the program to work You should also use Current sensors to monitor the state of the Aircon fan coil, This gives an On/Off status to the Comfort Input In The Physical Inputs Tab in Cbus you can map each Comfort Input to a Cbus Lighting group address Thus when the aircon is turned on, the zone sends its status to the cbus group address so the Cbus switch status follows the actual state of the aircon, even if the aircon is conttrolled by the handheld remote control |
