Would the above be something you would consider ?

I'm thinking that it would be great if say an IRIO with a pair of modules would work as a 4 or 8 channel two way switch module (so 2 or 4 per sub module,  depending on what fits).

If it were possible to din rail mount the IRIO too, then we could fit them in din cabinets in place of the other types of switching control modules.

These  Imo are a big plus, as it removes the need for a ucm plus a controller for whatever the other technology is.

You must have a crystal ball
The IRIO with TWS module is under development, and it is being designed to fit into a DIN rail housing
The current sensing will also have an analog reading so you can see the current level and you can set different sesitivity so it can cater for low current led lights or high current lamps

If this is in design now, can you consider making the switching arrangement suitable for mid point 3 way switching.

What I mean is, if you have a two pole change over relay and expose all of these, it can be used at the mid point to switch between the straps (pair of switched lives).

In our house all lights and switches are home runs back to din rail cabinets. We gave some lights that are two ways switched using 3+e cable. With the above I would be able to switch these too at the cabinets.
There is no need to duplicate the current sensing on both poles, although it would be nice.

Cheers,
John.

each tws submodule can control 2 lights with current sensor so an IRIO can control 4 lights

Will these be dimmable? Reason I ask is I am about to buy more relays for my velbus but prefer to use these.
