Berker has a 2gang surface mount backbox in their S1 range which is suitable for the KP06, for installations where flush mount is not possible. Here is another surface mount backbox from Merten (Schneider) which is suitable for the KP06 White version. This has rounded corners compared to the Berker S1 which has sharp corners.
