I was unaware of the upgrade bug in 7.072 and tried to upgrade via Comfigurator/UCM to 74. This failed and the KT03 now appears dead. No LEDs lit.I tried to upgrade directly from ETH3UCM using a programming cable but this doesn't work, again no LEDs visible when plugged in. Help! |

The UCM firmware cable upgrade should work How did it fail? what are the error message can you copy the I/O monitor during the fiurmware upgrade by cable? How did you even find that firmware 7.072? It was removed from the server |

The KT03 seems bricked. None of the LEDs are lit. Is there a way to determine if it's actually running or not? Thx |

If the firmware upgrade was not succesful none of the leds would light up. If it failed because of 7.072 upgrade then the hardware should still be working What happens when you start the firmware upgrade by cable after connecting the 6-way cable? remove the other green terminal blocks from the back |

I now have it working, using the UCM to program, I couldn't get it working using 7074 - comfigurator gave me an error , "Firmware upgrade encountered errors." I was able to use 7032 and then go from this to 7074. Thanks for your help! |
