Known Bugs

If Input does not work for Input > 64 to 96. This also applies for older versions
Deg C /deg F in Comfiguration flags is incorrect
Optimum when adding UCM/KNX2 causes exception
Read from KP06A or KP04A does not change the KP06A/KP04A settings in Comfigurator
IRIO IR codes do not refresh when new IR codes are learned. Refresh button is needed
Default template def40.cctx for UCM/Logic is missing from the installation. Please do File > Update Defaults to update the set of default templates.
In Flags screen, if Check Status box is checked for a flag, the status is updated, but if the flag changes subsequently, the flag status in the centre pane is not updated until you go to another page and back, or uncheck and check the box (old bug)
Export Scenario does not work. Selecting any items will cause an exception

Bugs Fixed

Actions for UCM/KNX2 did not work
Importing a Configuration Item from a file with a different file system causes exception (old bug)
Known Bugs in HIO and IRIO have been fixed

New Features

Support for 4 Partitions in Comfort (requires Comfort Firmware 7.110)
In Security > Zones, each zone has new settings for Partition and EOL shunts. These are for future Comfort features
Support for UCM/Logic in File > New

Comfigurator 3.11.6 is released
It supports the Partitions feature and new products IRIO, HIO, UCM/KNX2, UCM/Logic (some of which are not released yet)

Otherwise, everything else works as usual

You've gone back in time; assume you mean 3.11.6.0 rather than 3.1.6!! :0)

I have just noticed that the Flags do not all reset to 0 when the system has been reset. - has tis been changed recently?

Flags are not cleared at reset. This was from Formware 7.036 back in 2013
It is not related to Comfigurator.
This is better because if you have flag states that had been set and cleared, it remains the same state after reset. (but power off will clear the flags)

Export Scenarios does not work with 3.11.6
It willl cause exception when you select the items to export
