|The message "Phone Trouble" is seen on the keypad LCD and heard as announcement when the Incoming Telephone Line is not connected or the telephone line is Cut
The Telephone line is connected to the TEL IN 2 pin terminal block in Comfort.
Normally the Telephone line voltage should be 40 volts from the telephone company, or 20V from a PABX
If a low voltage is detected in the telephone line Comfort signals Phone Trouble. Please check the telephone line connection.
If a telephone line is not connected, you can disable the message by going to Security > Configuration Flags, then check "Ignore Line Cut" checkbox and write to Comfort.
Comfort will reset and will not report phone trouble again
