Please assist. We have experienced on more than one site over the last month that files we work on inexplicably become corrupt when it is closed and then opened again. We are using the latest version (3.11.2)Upon opening of such a file, we encounter an error message and can not proceed to get it open. The project then has to be uploaded from the panel in order to be re-saved or created from scratch Please see attached screenshot of error message. We also need Cytech Tech to help to fix the program file that became corrupt, as we lost an entire project on a new installation. How can we proceed to get the project file to Cytech. Require an email address. This is urgent please. Regards,Hein Attachment: Error.jpg (Downloaded 16 times) |

Can you check if the voice has been lost? ie if you sign in on a keypad, can you hear the voice menu? |

This exception is due to the Vocabulary entry being changed to "Standard Residential" instead of English Residential. It may be caused by the voice being lost or another error, or it may because by a Read from Comfort with invalid information that could not be processed The cclx file still contains the file information so you do not need to reprogram the system again To work around, open the cclx file in a text editor eg Notepad Search for the string "Standard Residential" and replace by "English Residential" (or the name of the vocabulary if another language was used) Save the file and open again in Comfigurator |
