Ya this is what i have thanks, i did the voice upgrade but still my keypad has no voice |

Did the vocabulary upgrade complete without errors? If so it may not be a vocabulary problem It may be a speaker problem or connection Can you hear the key beeps when you press the keys of keypad? |

i used the vpg to upgrade the voice manually, if i try use the configurator i keep getting error message 6 for a full vocab upgrade and error message 17 for a sentence upgrade, yes i can hear the keypad beeps when i press a button |

What happened with the VPG upgradedid it complete? What were the state of the LEDs at the end?was there are any errors? |

ya the vpg completed the upgrade, there was no errors, when the upgrade finished the green led came back on |

If there were no errors then the vocabulary should be oK and it may be other pronlemCan you use a phone to dial in and sign in and see if you can hear voice The Voice connection or cable may be wrong or broken |

I have no phone set up on comfort, do i just connect a phone to tel in part of the comfort |

Connect the phone on the TEL OUT side of Comfort Lift the phone. You should hear "Please sign in" That shows the voice is OKpress * code #you should hear "welcome security off, press 1 ..." |
