2- what are the connections and how to control panic button?
3- CWM, is it available now or not? what's new about it ?
4- I don't understand the power point control well .. what's it in some more details ? Is it like dimmer ?

IRR01 receives Comfort IR signals from RC01 to trigger Responses in ComfortIt cannot be used to learn IR signals. You can only learn IR signals using the UCM and send the learned IR signals through any output via IR01W , IR03W or IRM01
2- what are the connections and how to control panic button?
Panic button is an on/off switch and is conected to any zone programmed as Zone Type Panic
3- CWM, is it available now or not? what's new about it ?
CWM is obsolete. You can use Comfort apps with UCM/ETH03 for control by wifi or internet

4- I don't understand the power point control well .. what's it in some more details ? Is it like dimmer ?

That was using X10 modules. X10 is obsolete and is old technologyModern 3rd part dimmers use eg C-Bus and KNX
The document needs to be updated as it is quite old
