The message use sms means it was armed by SMS read the event log, it will also give the information of who armed it |

I checked even log and found information user armed. But user don't do it, on user's mobile receiver a message " (11200d/p)-OK! " before notification system was auto armed! Please suggest..! Thanks! Attachment: a.bmp (Downloaded 16 times) |

This means that the system was armed by SMS If you have saved your event log, send to support@cytech.biz |
