I have just change the ETH02 to a new module RTH03 and mounted it on the UCM06 mother board.
I have reset the UCM and followed the instructions to reset the ETH03. I found the module in the Comfort server Manager and change the fixed IP address back to what it was on the old daughter board. However, I cannot access Comfort at all using Comfigurator.
The UCM is showing as firmware 7.069 in Comfigurator V3.10.4.0
However I can access Comfort via my iPhone and set/unset the system, using the same IP address ( I made the change to the ETH03 to use the iPhone but am still not seeing anything listed in the control menu-another problem)
I have set the port to 1002 for Comfigurator and 1001 for the IPhone

I have updated the UCM from 7.069 to 7.072 by changing the ETH03 back to the ETH02 and uploading the latest Firmware 2.15.hex
I can now access Comfort on my iPhone but the pc is very sporadic and much of the time it says 'Failed to connect to UCM, please check the connection settings'. The pc and iPhones are using different ports and both show as idle before I try, Then I can try on a different laptop with similar results. I never had any issues at all with the ETH02 and when I swap it back it works first time Both pc's are using windows 7. I have waited for the 2min timeout period when connecting with a different device on the same port.

Sorry for the delay in replying this, the notification was lost
I am not sure what can be the matter
does the iPhone always connect quickly?
If it can then there should be no reason why the PC is having problems as it is the same mechanism
I suggest you get a replacement and see if it makes any difference
