Go to Security Types > Alarm Types > and select Doorbell Alarm

Enable dialout checkbox and the phone index to dial to in the event of doorbelll in Away Mode as shown below

Note that dial out for doorbell alarm works only in Away or Vacation Modes not Security Off or Night Mode

In Off or Night Mode, the door station will ring the house telephones

Hi Chiu,I dont succeed making comfort call my cell when away mode and someone ringing at the doorphone.I tested the "calling my cell" function ( phone numbers initiate test). My cell gets the call.I run the "Door chime" response  (from comfigurator). It does ring bell ok, does send the sms I added to the response. I am confused with the "activate doorphone" the response includes. I guess it is the function that brings the doorphone and the keyapd together. In security mode it works. In away, I cannot say. Is "activate doorphone" the instruction that connects the doorphone to the cellphone?I checked the above recommendations.
What else should I check to get this cellphone connected to the doorphone in away mode?Thank you

I believe you have to go into Alarms, Phone numbers and make sure that the number you are using is asigned as phone. Also I cant see it on the screen shot you sent but are you working in engineering mode as the "Alarms" is not showing?

Yes, Alarm Types > Doorbell as shown in the screenshot is the way to dial out when doorbell is presed in Away Mode. In above screem it will dial to phones 1 and 2 (which are programmed in Phone numbers

"Door chime" response gives a ding dong sound on the keypad

You dont need to use any responses

Thanks for the tips. Yes I guess my problem came from having twice a user with same phone numbers , one vith voice, one with sms.

When I cut the call on my cell, after being in dialog with the doorphone, I hear the cell phone busy tone on the door phone. Is there a way to avoid this tone to be heard on the doorphone? The visitor can understand that there is no one at home.

The problem is that it takes a few seconds to detect that the called partyu has hung up the call so the tones have to be heard.
