I am trying to create a custom Sound Type, which plays a very low tone. If I set Tone 1 Hz to 150, the sound does not play. However, if I change this to 151, it works as expected. Is this a bug? |

It may be a bug which we have to check with R&D How low do you wish to set the frequency? 150 Hz is already quite low, near the audible frequency threshold |

As low as possible. This is for a very subtle notification. 150 Hz is the lowest allowed by Comfigurator. Not a huge problem as I can work around the issue by specifying 151 Hz, but I just thought I'd point it out before it catches someone else out. |

We can confirm that 151 Hz is actually the minimum sound frequency allowed Currently 0 or 150 to 2400 Hz is allowed The limit should be changed to 0 or 151 to 2400 hz Thanks for the feedback Last edited on Friday Aug 1st, 2014 11:34 am by ident |
